In this I led 3 separate teams, all working towards the same goal - providing value add, customer focused services that will benefit Transpacific Industries. I managed the IT Service desk; the 1st point of call for all IT related issues, an Infrastructure team responsible for LAN/WAN Services, Telco services, firewall and anti intrusion and Infrastructure.
