Genomic Sales Director and National Sales Trainer 2015-2017 Genomic Sales Director hired to start and develop pharmacogenetic division of laboratory business. Responsible for developing panel with Laboratory Director and getting marketing website together for not only pharmacogenetic business but toxicology and blood as well. Developed marketing, training and patient materials for all pharmacogenetic business as well as logistics for pharmacogenetic samples in the lab.Responsible for hiring and training of new full time W2 sales representatives as well as any outside distributor groups. Managed and worked on daily basis with W2 representatives with closing deals, ride a longs and increased training needs. Designed clinical reports for physicians to better understand patient results, trained physicians and staff on utilization of genomic testing, as well as interpreting results of testing to physicians. Set up and worked major National Conventions for Genomics representation such as American Psychiatric Association etc. Oversaw day to day outside lab operations for genetics business. Developed complete representative training manual and handled all field training for W2’s and contract distributors. Developed client specific marketing and training programs for nursing homes, recovery treatment centers/addiction specialists as well as mental health care providers.

Responsibilities included developing sales training manual, sales training webinar training, sales marketing brochures and patient education pamphlets. Majority of time spent training and instructing W2 sales force and vetting, on boarding and training distributor groups for our PGXL PRIMER pharmacogenetics panel offering.
