As a Recruitment Manager, I was responsible for calling host families, screening them, and matching them with a student.

As a Regional Placement Manager, I was responsible for matching students with host families.

As a Development Manager, I screened, onboarded and trained all of our new coordinators on the Western region of the United States.

As the Screening and Engagement Manager I was responsible for on-boarding and training over 200 new International Exchange Coordinators.

EF High School Exchange Year is the non-profit sector of EF. Each year, EF High School Exchange Year connects thousands of international exchange students with caring host families across the United States. Together we bring cultures together, open communities to the wider world, and create lifelong friendships that span the globe.As part of the Recruitment team, I helped hire new volunteer coordinators to grow our program across the United States. Our team hired over 300 coordinators, who have helped us place nearly 3,000 students with volunteer host families.

Thundercat Sports offers sports clinics, sports camps and after school sports programs for kids in the Boston area.As the Camp Director and Soccer Coach, I was responsible for creating fun, engaging lessons with the kids, while overseeing a team of assisant coaches.

The mission of Scholar Athletes is to support academic achievement through athletics. Working in Boston Public Schools, the team works on providing a fantastic scholar-athlete experience, provide regular instruction to the coaching staff, and improve academic performance and personal growth. These collaborative efforts build skills, confidence, shape character, and enhance opportunities for success. As a Zone Facilitator, I operated the Zone Learning Center at Dorchester Academy. Through mentoring, tutoring, and SAT prep, I supported the students during and after school. We also implented intramural sports by providing equipment and before game homework help, to ensure that the students were getting the academic help they needed.

City Year has been recognized by Charity Navigator as a 4 star charity – its highest rating – for 10 consecutive years, placing City Year in the top 1% of non - profits nationwide for fiscal responsibility, financial health, organizational efficiency, and organizational capacity.As a Corps Member at the Dearborn Middle I provided in classroom and afterschool support to the 6th grade team. From differiented instruction, to group lessons, my team improved the academics of over 20 students. We also supported students in their attendance, from calling each morning to cheering them on as they came into school. We helped revamp the community by doing service projects in Roxbury and the low income neighborhoods.

Dräger is an international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology. Dräger has been protecting, supporting and saving lives since 1889.As a Quality Support Coordinator I worked closely with our team to process failure on arrival and warranty claims through a computer program, SAP. I collaborated with staff to identify failure trends and quality metircs.
