Coming from a programming background, I have extensive analysis experience in the financial services sector and in Fintech. From January 2017 until November 2022, I was the business analyst in a team that created both web and mobile personal banking applications for Old Mutual MoneyAccount and for Bidvest Bank, using Scrum as the agile methodology. I currently work at Falcorp Technologies and contracted as a business analyst at Capitec on a life assurance product that is being introduced.I am passionate about investigating, analysing detail and solving problems. I am nurturing, compassionate, fun-loving and caring. I value fairness and being treated with respect. People, leaders with integrity who value others, treat everyone equally and with respect, are honest and transparent and who do not think that they are better or more important than others are the people who I will work with.

Systems were written in Ideal Datacom.I was responsible for the production support of two Java systems that were written inhouse at MagmaTec, one being a catering system for Fedics used in various hospitals around South Africa, the other being a CRM for Netcare (SurveyNOW). I supported the Netcare system up until November 2012, writing stored procedures for any new reports that were required, and creating new surveys / changing surveys directly on the database when the need arose. The SQL script that was used was then re-used at Achievement Awards, a company based in Diep River whose services were used by Netcare. I regularly had to travel to Achievement Awards as a consultant and to update their database so that it matched the SurveyNOW database.I was also the SurveyNOW consultant at Old Mutual for the time that they used the CRM system for their internal staff surveys.I spent a few years at Momentum working on their BI system using Datastage to extract, transform and load data onto their Sybase IQ data warehouse.I was based at Comprehend IT for a few months helping with the implementation of a .Net web digital asset management system for Gallo images.
