Having spent time in both leading an independent, business oriented lifestyle; and being part of leading a family unit, I have to say finding the balance of the two is what really encourages me to break through each stage in life. As I start to narrow it down to exactly what it is that fuels my drive to continually improve is the passion I have for Lean Manufacturing. Only recently have I discovered my overwhelming passion for building new found systems to better the efficiency and capabilities of our glass fabrication operation. Every transition I have made since the beginning of my professional career has taught me how motivated and successful I can be in every project I'm involved with. But what I have come to realize is that every one of these projects allows me to learn more and more about systems of efficiency and how I can improve our business by granting our customers with superior service.
