• Managing all aspects of the store including, company policies/procedures.Supporting the Area Manager and being the main point of call for all store managers within the South West & Wales region.• Delivering and maintaining outstanding Customer Service.• Motivating the team to the highest level and fully training all staff.• Ensuring high standards to maximise profitability and KPI's.• Accountable for the overall running of the store including daily activities.• Monitor competitor activity, including internal and external factors.

Creating visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain the brand identity.Communicating and informing store team about upcoming activities, campaigns and designer collaborations.Training the store team in garment presentation and visual guidelines.Maximising selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly.Managing the ordering, handling and organisation of all display materials.
