In collaboration with Reggie Smith, I design and implement staff training in pitching biomechanics, pitcher defensive preparation, pitcher specific strength and conditioning regimens, pitcher recovery protocols, mental-emotional management strategies and pitcher-catcher development in game pitch calling sequences.

I was an assistant varsity baseball coach at four (4) high schools for a total of 17 years. I was involved in designing and implementing many aspects of the programs that included pitching, batting, infield play, outfield play, baserunning, warm-up regimens, strength and conditioning protocols, mental-emotional management strategies and pitcher recovery programs. I also helped to place players and pitchers into college programs.

I coached at Stanford University, Citrus Community College, Ohlone Community College and Chabot Community College over seven (7) years. I was the the Pitching Coach at Ohlone College and a pitching consultant at Chabot College. I coached hitting, outfield play and baserunning at Stanford University and Citrus College.

I was there Head Coach for the Phantom and KG Hitters 14 U "A" travel teams and an assistant coach for the All-American Sports Academy 16 U "A" travel team. As a head coach I organized and implemented all aspects of the program that included batting, infield play, outfield play, baserunning, catching, pitching, pitcher defensive preparation, in-game pitch calling and in-game defensive alignment

As co-owner and master instructor I developed the curriculum to be taught that included baseball & softball pitching, batting and infield play. I created and implemented the instructor training. I collaborated with my business partner on most aspects of the business that included budgets, payroll, bookkeeping, marketing and course design. In an eight (8) year period our academy produced over 100 four year scholarships, 35 professionally drafted pitchers, five (5) AFLAC All-Americans and five (5) All-State High School Pitchers.

I was the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Royal Oak High School and the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Charter Oak and Gunderson High Schools. For all three (3) programs I designed and implemented aspects of the programs that included pitching, batting, infield play, outfield play, baserunning, catching, mental-emotional management strategies, recovery strategies for pitchers, in-game pitch calling, pitcher defense preparation and in-game team defensive alignments. The results included one championship and two second place finishes with all three teams winning CIF playoff games while advancing.
