Brief Introduction:- Leading the Global Client Ops team with a focus on Account Management & Design Teams.- Serving as the primary communication bridge between cross-functional teams (Design, Dev, Marketing & Sales).Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Spearheading creative strategy and planning for all productions.- Creating operational workflows for the Design Team, streamlining client briefs and creative production.- Developing creative operational workflows for the Account Management Team, ensuring effective communication and delivery to clients.- Successfully launching 'Creative On-Demand,' a groundbreaking subscription service unlocking fresh creatives for global marketing teams, resulting in significant impacts on marketing collateral, sales, and closed deals.- Taking the lead in creative strategies, production, and campaign launches across multiple regions (NA, APAC, EMEA, ANZ).Notable Projects and Collaborations:- Co-hosting creative workshops with the Meta Global team to optimize creatives for Facebook and Instagram.- Acting as the main point of contact for KR API partnerships.- Pioneering one of the first Meta catalog-based "Product Level Videos" campaigns with major e-commerce platforms in NA and Korea.
