I hold the position of Senior Systems Administration and Help Desk Supervisor, however I have been recently promoted to include System Operations. I currently have three sections that I manage which consist of 6 employees.My additional responsibilities include leading a team of 3 employees in System Operations. Our Operations department ensures the validity of the in-state and National draws. Performs daily system processing and balancing. We perform software acceptance testing. As Senior System Admin at Missouri Lottery, I have taken on many duties both in the hardware and software of System Administration. I successfully migrated our environment to a O365 platform. I also worked to convert our agency to SharePoint Online and migrate our pages to modern pages. This project was consultant lead, however my team is in charge of administration and upkeep of our SharePoint environment. Provided superior support to employees in-house, to employees in regional offices across the state and remotely to Missouri Lottery Sales Reps who travel. Responsible for keeping up with support tickets in our in-house ticketing system. Today I lead a team of experts who provide the same quality of support as I did. They build and provide support to desktop computers and tablet computers, iphone and ipads. My team is responsible for creating and deleting user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange. They provide monthly maintenance support to the draw equipment at Lottery, to ensure the integrity of the draws and security of the draw system. My team is responsible for ordering computer equipment, supporting and ordering printer parts and supplies. As well as responsible for surplus of computers and equipment. I have 21 years of experience in the Computer related field.

Served as lead technical support provider for Missouri State Treasurer’s Office. Assigned to providing technical support to an office of 50 workstations. Responsible for checking tape backups and maintaining the backup system, in regards to restoring data and backing up data. Assigned to helping develop web pages and graphic designs for agency.
