Regularly performs comparative analysis of wages through active market research, scanning business environments, turnover, and etc.

Support Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. Consult and intake of employee relations concerns on property. Conduct annual HR audits to ensure compliance with all I-9 files, associate personnel files and record retention policies. Conduct all necessary training for both management and hourly employees

Partner with external Recruiting Services in the prescreening and hiring process. Conduct Drug Screenings, schedule interviews, process transfer requests, and all other new applicant procedures. Managed new hire process from beginning to end to include background checks and reference checks prior to onboarding of Third Party Recruiting Services. Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of Human Resources Team Members, as well as, Food and Beverage Team. Coordination and Facilitation of all New Hire Orientation Programs and Service Excellence Training Classes. Collaborate with Management Team to ensure hotel compliance in orientation, brand standards, service excellence, diversity, and safety training classes.
