I spent almost a year testing nutritional supplements I could incorporate into my Health Coaching practice. I am a Gluten Free Practitioner specializing in food allergy consulting and testing, as well as nutrition and hydration. I believe being healthy is not just a focus in one area of your life, but a balance in many. I enjoy getting to the root of the health problem and encouraging the client to focus on fixing it naturally, when possible. Food can be your best friend or your worst enemy, so figuring out how it is working for your body and mind is key in healing.

I work with families who have children with rare or undiagnosed conditions. We address their emotional, physical and financial needs. I work on developing relationships with doctors and hospitals across the U.S. who would benefits our families.
