Tracked, forecasted, reviewed and analyzed departmental budgets exceeding $30 million dollars. Acted as liaison between Finance, ministry departments, and executive leadership to evaluate expenditures, budget, and explain variances. Prepared allocations, pro forma income statements, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. - Developed MS Access database to collect, manage, query, and report on data related to product quantities and income forecasting which allowed Finance to budget for product income and cost of goods sold by specific product or product grouping, a previously unachievable endeavor. - Saved staff over 400 hours of manual data entry time annually by creating a method to upload budget data to the JD Edwards financial accounting system and training teammates on how to use the new method.
