I blend over a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, and holistic health with a passion for empowering freelancers to create value-aligned, balanced, and fulfilling lives. My approach connects personal growth with professional success, helping freelancers thrive inside and out.I focus on fostering alignment between inner work and outer success through creative, playful practices in safe spaces. As a certified High Vibe Yoga teacher, Instinctive Meditation instructor, Holistic Pulsing bodywork practitioner, and Naturopath in training, I champion individualized approaches to well-being.After years of exploring the mind-body connection, I created “The Empowered Freelancer” to offer freelancers a space to create a life that feels as good as it looks. Part of that is the monthly live Connection Circles within the VEA community of over 1,000 thriving freelancers. These sessions include teachings, meditative practices, guided journaling, and open connection time for participants, creating a space for professional growth and personal transformation.
