About Kim Guendner

I’m a goal driven individual who loves to take on new challenges. I started out in a branch as a teller, move to deposit operations, worked with personal online banking then transferred over to the loan operations world. I love understanding how a bank works inside & out. I enjoy creating processes, writing procedures, and training employees. During my entire banking career I have been on FIS products & systems. Primary FIS core system being IBS. I have been a part of multiple conversions and enjoy the mapping data process. The way I see it, the process is more like a puzzle. Seeing the ways all the systems interact & how the departments intertwine is fascinating to me.
