I have been a licensed practical nurse for 24 years and a licensed nursing home administrator for over 10 years. My leadership background consists of Area Market Executive and Executive Director for a National Hospice Provider, Long Term Care Administrator, mentor and educator. I am an experienced leader with an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration-Professional Studies from Southern Arkansas University Tech. Throughout my career I have had the privilege and honor of helping countless patients and families with their healthcare needs, as well as coaching many of my colleagues in areas such as healthcare operations, finances, HR, Joint Commission and compliance guidelines and many more. My greatest honor has been supporting fellow team members with end of life care by helping them to understand and cope with their own feelings while identifying ways they can better serve their patients and families during such a difficult time. The prospect of leading a team to excellence is, and has always been, the most rewarding part of my career.
