Kim Harpøth Jespersen is a Managing Partner at Oaklins Beierholm.Kim has focused on M&A-advisory for the past 18 years. Prior to joining Oaklins, he was Head of KPMG’s Danish Corporate Finance team and before that at PwC in their Corporate Finance department. Kim’s focus has always been on mid-market transactions in relation to Danish and international companies across a wide range of sectors. Kim is a very dedicated advisor who puts an honor in providing the best possible assistance to his clients. He has shown this by completing a large number of divestitures and acquisitions for privately held entities, larger corporates, private equity and listed clients. Furthermore, Kim has extensive experience with complex valuations, funding, debt advisory as well as restructuring advisory. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Aarhus University.
