Kim is currently the Head Therapist at Cheshunt FC overseeing that the players needs and requirements are all catered for.

I am the leagues therapist. Therefore I oversee all the games which are played within the league. Both U16s and U21s. I do Pitchside cover and rehabilitation as and when required.

Here I am available to all the players over phone, or through email. I have covered games when I can and I have also helped with the Rehabilitation of players along with provided massage and strapping.

I covered games ranging from girls youth games to men’s first team.

Building upon my previous knowledge of the systems we use as well as contributing a better system to our customers.The use of Sage accounts, Raising and keeping check on invoices, ensuring items are paid on time. Putting supplier invoices on sage and ensuring they are filed correctly.

I am the administrator for the General Management team and the dispatchers. It is a varied role dealing with everyone involved with IMS directly or indirectly. I also ran daily reports with regards to whether jobs were being completed as they were down to be. This is ensuring jobs are done within their specified ETA.

This is simply helping out with filing, organising things such as car leasing agreements and mots to data collecting ready for the end of year review along with petrol and staff expense forms converted to data spread sheets. This is a casual position where I work when I am available.

Here I would do all sorts such as pre match taping and strapping along with massage then first aid cover during the game. Then post match massage and strapping. I also gave advice with regards to injuries over phone and email as I didnt get enough contact time with the girls.

At first I was unsure if I was competent enough but found out pretty quickly I was ready for the step up.

Here I was there for training when I could make it and most of the home games, this was court-side cover for both of the teams but mainly Hemel. Unfortunately I wasn't able to dedicate enough time to this.

This was whilst in education. This role was a very active one, which included very late nights and early mornings. This required patience due to the nature of the clientele. Customer service was paramount along with building rapports with the regular customers. Good organization was required during busy periods and at the end of the shift when the cleaning commenced. Excellent teamwork meant that you would get completed sooner.

This was an excellent position as I was trained within all aspects of the business. This was in order to be able to do a different role most days. It did require excellent time keeping due to the movie start and finishing times dictating to some of the roles and the time in which you had to complete tasks. Excellent customer service was required along with an eye for cleanliness.
