I manage a seamless transition of change to avoid risk to service delivery and compliment operational objectives, without disruption or negative impact on our customer facing colleagues. I will do this through standardisation of process and practices, identify risks and mitigate against them. Adding value to our colleagues and customers motivates me to getting things absolutely right in order for our operational teams to continue to deliver an outstanding customer service. I gain valuable insight through analysis and quality monitoring to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, sharing best practice and lessons learnt with our operational and stakeholder colleagues to improve data, productivity and performance. I provide coaching, support, feedback and advice on an individual basis to first line managers to improve their personal effectiveness and performance in the business. I support managers to help them identify the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to fully develop themselves to be effective in their commitment to their agreed targets. Show less
