Work with cross functional business teams to define enhancement requirements for web-based merchandising and production preseason assortment and costing tool (ACT), perform QA testing, train subject matter experts and facilitate UAT, partner with technical developers to schedule four releases in 2007. Create and publish User Operating Manuals for ACT modules. Act as primary liaison between business partners and technical developers to implement Oracle Retail application, Price Optimization, for six distinct brands in North America, Europe and Asia; upgrade five instances separately in 2004/2005; upgrade Banana Republic to enable localized markdowns in 2005.

Work with project manager and technical teams to assist with the functional portion of the design, development, implementation and training of enhanced/upgraded Pricing systems to assure fulfillment of business requirements and IT quality, architectural, and security standards.
