Customer Service - Responsibilities include leading a team of three with daily tasks. Training on order entry, research, quoting rebates, purchasing, and logistics. Marketing- adding to online store presence by consistently building the online catalog of products available for purchase. Responsibilities included talking with customers, diagnosing problems, setting up service calls, quoting products. Managing a department of approximately 4-8 people on a regular basis. Also, processing all purchase orders for the business, meeting with vendors to discuss pricing, early buys ect. Required initiative to figure things out on your own. Good communication skills were necessary to work effectively with customers and vendors.
