I am a CIPD qualified learning and development leader with over 8 years of experience at The Football Association (The FA), the national governing body for football in England. As the Head of Learning and Development, I lead the learning function within England Football Learning, the education arm of The FA, to support and empower the football community across the grassroots and professional game.My core competencies include inclusive leadership, learning strategies, training and development, change management, coaching, and public speaking. I am passionate about providing personalised and connected learning experiences that enhance the skills, knowledge, and confidence of learners, coaches, referees, and educators. I also oversee the recruitment, support, and development of our broader delivery workforce, a team of over 800 individuals who deliver FA courses across various disciplines. My mission is to develop a world-leading learning system that drives the game forward.
