Lead Customer Service Representative And It Support
Current• My team and I take all Incoming calls to place product orders, discuss warranty issues, complaints, and questions about company products and educational programs to teach the usage to licensed chiropractors. • I completed documentation for our Company to offer hours of continuing education to be approved by the Arizona State Board of Chiropractic. This required learning how to apply and gather the information necessary for the application. I coordinated with the instructors and our sponsor Palmer College of Chiropractic. • IT support for all users of online educational programs. Due to the ageing of our customer base I have become very proficient in browsers and navigating the internet with the user. • I have been instrumental in the success of our Customer Service Department with my professional assistance of each customer, the timely reconciliation of problems and the ability to soften the impact of difficult procedures and policies of the company. • In March 2020 all in person educational programs were cancelled and moved to an online educational format. I set up the process on an Excel spreadsheet to log each registration and process the completions of each course to the accredited chiropractic college for Continuing education credits. This created new job responsibilities that included helping our Chiropractors learn the software to take the courses needed.• As each new Customer Service Manager or representative is brought on board I am responsible for training them on all the administration and documentation tasks necessary to the customer service department.
