I am passionate about helping individuals and families find freedom from addiction as a trained Interventionist including comprehensive care for the family before, during and after treatment. I am a CCAR trained Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), bridging the gap between treatment and to ensure a sustainable recovery plan and support upon discharge. As a Certified Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator I also provide CCAR Recovery Coach trainings for individuals and treatment centers wanting to provide skills for their tech staff. Personally, I have 14 years of complete abstinence from all substances and am passionate about the 12-Step Program and being of service. My personal recovery journey includes a holistic approach as a 200-hour Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with additional Y12SR (Yoga For 12-Step Certification), meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, transformational breathwork, psychodrama and art.
