Distributor of the following Principal: • Responsible for driving and developing MLDI business in the area by working with the area Distributor/s, conducting training and/or communication of product information and service updates, providing service and addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the brand is effectively merchandised. It is also responsible for the achievement of sales volume and distribution targets, setup of manpower and logistics requirements, and submission of reports• Manages and develops the assigned Distributor.• Helps supervise and train the Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP), and merchandisers in the assigned territory.• Ensures proper saturation and distribution in the assigned territory.• Ensures proper execution and monitoring of the strategies and programs in the assigned territory.• Ensures proper distribution and logistics set-up of the distributor/s in the assigned territory• Conduct regular meetings with the Distributor Sales Personnel with the Operation Manager and Supervisor.• Conduct Monthly Meetings of Merchandisers/Coordinators to ensure the proper execution of the promo and proper displays of the products and conduct trainings.
