- Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day office administration and maintenance duties,including establishing and maintaining filing systems, screening mail/incoming calls, handling localand overseas courier service.Arranging travel itineraries and hotel accommodationProviding assistance in preparing presentations, materials/reports, monitoring and maintainingstationery and office supplies.- Managing parts, materials, and products (stocks) input and output at the Hanoi storage through SAPsoftware.- Supporting the sales department for preparing contracts, logistics- Supporting the accounting department for the monthly payment of suppliers on the workflowmanagement systems and bank document data entries on SAP software- Supporting the Field Service Engineers for the preparation of materials and the transportation tofactories and industrial parks- Greeting visitors /executives on arrival and directing visitors to their destination.- Taking up additional ad hoc administration duties.Reason for leaving work: contract expiration (temporary work).

TT Beauty Company Limited is a Distributor of Cosmetics in Vietnam, which is a vendor of London Sales Co, LTD. They own many shops in different shopping malls. All the products are luxury for customers with high incomes.My main responsibilities:- Ordering and managing products in the storage room.- Making the quotations for vendors; profit report, and daily sale report- Translating documents.- Getting in touch with shopping mall parties when having a problem- Booking flight ticket and hotel; solving problems during trips (ex: tochange ticket, to contact to the ticket office, ..)- Supporting foreigner staffs to extend their visa; working permit andalso other problems.- Arranging appointments for customers.- Performing any other duties that the Manager assigns.Reason for leaving work: Due to Covid 19, the stores was forced to close down

VAC Operations Executive- Receiving and examining the German Visa Application.- Storing customer data into a system.- Resolving customer complaints and questions via telephone or at thecounter.- Checking and taking Fingerprints of Customers.- Packing the Application in oder to transfer to German Embassy.- Performing any other duties that are assigned by Manager.
