The Sales & Exhibits Director has the overall responsibility for maintaining and developing key vendor relationships to sell print and digital advertising for IECA including, but not limited to magazine, website, newsletter, webinars and conferences. Additionally, the Sales & Exhibits Director is responsible for selling exhibit space and sponsorships for IECA’s Annual Conference and Regional meetings.

Providing expertise in all aspects of successful marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning, social networking and management. She excels in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving and follow‐through capabilities. Kim’s demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cohesive teams that achieve results is one of her greatest assets.

The major components of the association’s professional development program include technical programming for all of IECA’s events, including IECA’s annual International Conference and Expo, training courses, field day events, webinar education, leadership training and other meetings. The ED is responsible for knowledge management, its capture and distribution, technology sections and review committees. Additional responsibilities of the position include professional development budget preparation and management; scheduling; knowledge content development; marketing of educational products; and close coordination with appropriate technical advisory committees, (Professional Development Committee, Technology Sections Committee, Awards Committee, Scholarship Committee, and Standards and Practices Committee) and other relevant organizations such as Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, Inc, (CPESC) and EPA Regional offices.
