I graduated as MSc.Eng. in chemical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) with a drive to solve difficult technical problems and eager to learn.I work at Novo Nordisk as equipment manager with responsibility for operation and process optimization as well as validation of equipment.I also work with building alpine skis via my company Alpina & NewtonMy professional interests span process design and optimization, equipment design to analyze organizations from a strategic, tactical and operational perspective for better project management, defining a company's strategy and business model. There besides having the knowledge to start my own business producing skis where stiffness and structure would change depending on the skiing.I aim to enrich society and make processes cleaner and more sustainable. As a person, I am highly motivated and goal-oriented when it comes to solving problems. I like to work in teams and get along well with my colleagues. My way of thinking is investigative and constructive, always identifying problems and developing solutions. I see myself as a "Yes Man" and strive for "of course we can". When I see a problem, I work on the optimal point for all partners.
