I use a locator to search these things underground after that I then paint out what I find.

I help patients get the medical equipment that they need, Everything ranging from Respiratory equipment like multi level PAP devices to nebulizers, from hospital beds to canes. Anything that a patient needs to make their life a better, healthier one. I become an expert on durable medical equipment so I can aid my patients with troubleshooting, and making sure they get the best product for their needs. I also authorize patients to get CPAP machines. I work with providers to get patients qualified, then make sure their insurance will cover it. I recover lost equipment. I spend most of my day talking on the phone. I check up on my patients to see if they need supplies, and to see how they are doing. I care about their well being. I take their problems into my own hands and solve them. I solve really big problems in my office. Whether it is a piece of equipment that didn't bill properly, or working with airlines to get our patients on a plane last minute with a portable oxygen concentrator, I make it happen. The last few months of 2016, I found a way to generate my store $3500 extra per month in revenue by fixing simple errors that were overlooked. And I plan to fix bigger issues in the future.

I have the most amazing job. I get to assist customers with their Quickbooks assisted payroll. Anything that goes wrong I get to solve. If a complex item needs to be added to their payroll, I am the one our customers call to get the job done. i get to see how many taxes and payroll items affect a businesses payroll. It's definitely a great learning experience and I am honored to see how payroll works for small businesses.

I make about 80-120 calls per day. Most of them are to clients, attorneys, medical facilities social security and Administrative Law Judges. I prepare disability cases for hearing.
