I am an energetic and award winning marketing leader with a passion for helping patients through disease education and brand promotional programs. My love of marketing is rooted in being able to get into the head of the customer to think like they think. I am a top performer known for delivering results by fostering cross functional collaboration, building empowered teams and championing a positive outlook. I enjoy finding creative ways to influence customer behaviors, and the thrill of constant problem solving in marketing. As a leader of people, I am all about being transparent, encouraging learning from each other, and having fun working together.My marketing career started outside of healthcare and included time in technology, finance and advertising. An unexpected opportunity led me to healthcare where I immediately fell in love with working in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry because of the impact our products have on peoples’ lives. I was fortunate to be able to apply my consumer marketing background to patient marketing and to have further diversified my experience with marketing to HCPs. I find that these experiences enable me to take a more integrated approach to marketing across all of our customers. Recently, I led the HCP and patient marketing team to prepare and execute a drug launch in just 3 months before FDA approval for EVENITY, an osteoporosis treatment. And prior to that, led the DTC launch for Repatha, a high cholesterol treatment targeting millions of patients. I bring deep expertise in product launches, consumer / patient biotech marketing, and brand strategy.
