Executed the launch high profile Incentive and Educational conferences in Canada, USA and Internationaly, by collaborating with the business lead and communications team to ensure programs are delivered within the project timelines.• Sourcing high profile strategic destinations for major Canadian Division incentive events, including conducting site checks and liaising with the reporting team to establish ROI reporting for major events• Collaborating with business leads and clients to identify conference goals and the desired attendee experience, developing destination and venue proposals designed to influence event experience and achieve buy-in from clients• Executing unique and interesting meeting experiences for clients by managing project tasks, timelines and key deliverables and overseeing the project team to ensure all timelines are being met• Providing training for new and current team members, working directly with planners on establishing development plans, organizing team training and acting as a mentor to new planners

Successful meeting planning related development, analysis, deployment and execution of all Canadian Division meetings and conferences as assignedOversee &/or Manage High Profile Meetings & Conferences - Determine &/or review the needs / needs analysis of each project in order to make recommendations and plan for the overall theme, creative look, locations, travel requirements, activities, entertainment, speakers, meals, promotional items, etc. that will effectively support the purpose of these meetings.
