My responsibilities include:Acquisition, evaluation and maintenance of all software systems and web sites. Management, direction, and strategic planning regarding networking and client hardware and software needs including budgeting and personnel. Develop and maintain strong information systems for all Foundation departments requiring support from IS. Ensure the safety and integrity of the database. Assure security, back-up, and disaster recovery systems and procedures are in place. Liaise with third party direct mailing company to provide data as needed for direct mail campaigns.Oversee all data entry aspects for CHEO Telethon. Oversee all data entry and registration aspects for CN Cycle and all other third party events. Maintain and modify data entry procedures as department evolves and ensure that staff is operating in accordance with set procedures.Provide segmented mailing lists from Foundation database in support of the direct mail program and other mailing programs through use of queries.Offer oversight of list management.Provide for the proper operations of lottery ticket online sales channel and third party phone channel. Responsibilities include liaising third party partners, external companies, the Development and Corporate Relations department as well as the Communications department to ensure that all facets of the online and phone sales channels are working properly, Maintain and update electronic Donor Board application and dataDesign and create emails for events and lotteries to email lists.Update and maintain software system for event boards located throughout the hospital Create and maintain third party online events. Liaise with event managers to determine needs for online registration, donation and overall management of event.Use Google Analytics and GTM to provide in depth analysis of website audience, movement behaviour and goals.Create and maintain all online donations sites, registration sites and campaign sites.
