I am an Office Professional responsible for the processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll for over 100 employees. Monthly payroll deduction and accounting journal entry calculations related to employee insurance benefits. Perform new hire orientations, assist employees with payroll and/or benefit issues. PTO tracking for employees. Responsible for filing Workman's Compensation claims, processing COBRA along with Short Term & Long Term Disability payments. Reconcile and verify monthly billing statements for Heath insurances company wide.Provide IT desktop support to employees.Maintain the company servers, telephone and computer equipment. Update vendor support manuals on server.Assist the Technical Publications manager with the writing, revisions and distribution of all company and flight manuals in accordance with FARCoordinate and book company wide events and travel arrangements

Maintain all management calendar and schedules. Prepare agendas and handouts. Book all travel needs in compliance with travel policies.Receive, validate, process and ensure appropriate accruals are within budget reportingEstablish meetings/conference calls/equipment needsPrepare, audit, send for approval to manager or accounts payable the Management and staff expense reports.
