I solidified skills in evaluability assessment, logic modeling, research design, quantitative and qualitative measurement tools, evaluation timeline, evaluation budget, evaluation validity, teamwork, and communication.

I facilitated a two-day strategic planning retreat for an international educational foundation board of trustees. Given the board's broad goals and objectives, I set the agenda for the retreat, introduced key concepts, and guided the nine-member group to work together to identify strategic goals, resolve conflicts, generate new ideas, and arrive at consensus. After the retreat, I prepared and delivered a full summary of the retreat with detailed lists of action items and responsibilities.
