Lead Human Resources Business Partner for Kellogg, Brown and Root’s Readiness and Sustainment Solutions ((R&SS) business unit. Led a team of senior managers and employee/labor relations specialists who are responsible for collective bargaining, contract administration, employee engagement and union containment at all of Boeing’s businesses, including international locations. Developed a consortium of non-union leaders focused on sharing best practices and developing enterprise solutions. Provided union containment support for for numerous critical businesses, such as Boeing South Carolina and the engineering organizations in Southern California and Oklahoma City, as well as supporting businesses that employee over 6,000 union represented employees.

Led a team of eight Employee Relations Specialists who were responsible for collective bargaining, contract administration and employee engagement at Boeing businesses across the southwestern United States. In each of its areas of responsibilities, the team achieved excellent results, consistently obtaining the company’s long term collective bargaining objectives and improving employee engagement in their area of responsibility. Took responsibility for the success of the broader Employee Relations and Human Resources organization, and served on the Employee Relation’s skill team, paying attention to talent management.
