When I started Corqspace, we began with digital transformation for accounting (accounts payable and accounts receivable), HR and any paper-heavy related processes. As a company, we then realized technology more as a necessity in today’s business environment. More than ever, companies are including IT as part of their overall strategy - the benefits these technologies create and how these are delivered. Because of this, we grew our IT solutions and services over the years.► In 2019, I introduced Electronic Signature with native integration to our Document Management System to improve the user experience (UX) for end-to-end transactions between parties.► In 2020, I launched IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Desk solutions to improve employee and customer experience for businesses.► As part of our people-centered philosophy, I introduced Training Certificate Systems to improve our team’s technical expertise while improving their ability to meet customer demands.
