This includes amplifying their existing capabilities, potential, and skills; improving their quality of life and overall well-being, and supporting students in achieving their goals and aspirations. Using Creative Pedagogy as a foundation, Minti Studios employs innovative strategies that promote creativity and knowledge-building.Central to this approach to personal development is a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, encouraging the sharing of diverse perspectives and experiences among students. Recognising creativity as a key components of self-directed learning and resilience, the focus is on unlocking each student’s potential, promoting autonomy and agency, and nurturing confidence and the exploration of different mindsets and viewpoints among student groups.
