n charge of entering parts/warranty orders. I supply customer service to our vendors as well as our reps. I also do the research for part numbers on older units as well as new units. I maintain the database for parts and warranty orders. I also help the other regional reps identify part numbers. I am in charge of entering all RMA’s and providing an RMA number to our reps. I have to maintain a clean and safe working environment. I am in charge of transferring all job files into documentum. Must keep up with obsolete parts for the older units. Constant contact with production floor to ensure correct parts are made and shipped. I worked with accounting with any accounting issues on a daily basis. Safe start training.

I started as an order puller and quickly promoted to running the machine room. In charge of six to fifteen people. Also responsible for fixing machines. Then promoted to Sales Analyst. My duties are keep track of inventory, projections, special orders, roll-outs, claims, downloading orders in to Southware through EDI. Create spreadsheets for management for stock. Create spreadsheets to keep track of sales and orders. Responsible for transportation of orders locally and imports. Currently working on Hybrid project for major account. Work with portals for major customers. In charge of consumer testing for all new products. Responsible for training new supervisors in key positions. Responsible for orders getting out for major accounts. Also have knowledge of receiving purchase orders and creating purchase orders and work orders. Recently have taken classes in replenishment for Wal-Mart.
