Throughout my career, I’ve learned how to approach and understand the challenges facing a business in order to develop an improvement roadmap and to execute the plan. This has been instrumental in roles where I bridged the gap between IT and the business as a business relationship manager; when I have managed technical and non-technical teams as a program manager; and when I have organized and led process improvement and data quality initiatives. In every role I've held, effective communications were and are key. I love the challenge of digging into a problem, identifying the issues, determining priorities and dependencies, and developing a go-forward plan. I continue to look for new opportunities and ways to deliver value.I've always wanted to share a message through words or pictures, so I obtained a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Since college, I’ve added to my skillsets by earning business certificates in strategic planning, information technology management and project management. I have dual US and Canadian citizenship, holding passports and having business experience in both countries.
