I aim to provide some hope to parents that having a child with Autism can be a gift in so many ways.The Child Development Centre hosts an "After Autism Diagnosis" meeting for parents of newly diagnosed children on the Autism Spectrum. My role is to coordinate with the social worker(s) from the Child Development Centre and provide insight into the material they are going over with parents.
