Managing the migration of 2 separate databases into one, while simultaneously carrying out an internal audit to ensure compliance. This role was conducted on a contract basis and was completed within the time scale required by the client.

Assisted transition to new building, implemented rota for staff, undertook all reception duties including meet and greet, safety inductions and liaising with staff. Daily management of meeting rooms and equipment therein therefore competent use of switchboard and Condeco system. Gave building inductions for all new staff, undertook archiving, liaised with contractors and issued work permits, and coordinated all company travel using Gray Dawes system whilst also implementing paper trail and cost reports for the travel to report back to the company.
