I would receive phone calls from UK customers with regards to their cellular network, namely, O2. I would help them with any network and contractual issues as I was part of the Pay Monthly team

I was the co-ordinator of the group that interned at Radio Kaap se Punt. As part of my duties, I headed up the meetings and organised the communication internally and externally. I also managed and set up the website as well as had a hand in the social media (twitter and facebook). As part of the group, we initiated a social media workshop for the presenters.

I would assist the lecturers with their admin as well as acquiring quotes for certain services or office items. I also relayed messages to the class and collected projects and assignments for the lecturers in their absence. I also headed up a couple of 1st year classes for Media Studies.
