Hello,I am Kim Moran. I am a support coordinator with Foundation First Speech Pathology in Maitland. We are a small family business. My daughter Sarah is the Director and speech therapist, with Emma working alongside her. My other daughter Karley is our administration assistant and her ability is down syndrome.I have worked in the disability area for 25 years. With carer experience,early intervention,special needs support in pre-schools, long day care, infants and primary school learning support teacher. Most recently support worker now support coordinator.With a passion for inclusion and independence, I love to give families assistance to build capacity to make informed choices and decisions to be implemented into their ECEI, NDIS plans. I personally know the pressure parents are under prior and during the process of their child receiving a diagnosis.
