Reporting to a Division President, lead a team of HR professionals to support ten business units located in USA, Latin America, Canada and EMEA (approximately 2,200 employees - union and non-union operations). Business units are lead by General Managers who in turn manage R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality and Finance. As the Global HR Director, provide strategic direction and tactical support in recruiting, on-boarding, employee and labor relations, performance and talent management, learning and development, compensation/benefits and compliance. HR team also provides consultative support in organizational development and change management. Partner with Corporate and HR Directors from other Sensient Divisions to develop and implement corporate-wide initiatives such as performance and talent management, learning and development initiatives, employee relations strategies and HR process improvements.

Responsible for all HR functions for Power Packaging (five consumer packaged goods manufacturing facilities in three states), and Exel Supply Chain (warehouse and distribution facilities in five states). In total, approximately 2,500 employees.Partnered closely with operations in all HR functional areas: recruiting, orientation/on-boarding, performance management, associate relations, compensation, talent management (including succession planning). HR lead on multiple RFP's, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to understand the needs and develop appropriate solutions for potential customers. Ensured compliance with company policies, legal requirements and regulations. Provided leadership and supervision to a team of ten HR professionals.
