Vice President, Institutional Advancement
Served as a member of the President’s Cabinet for $100 million institution. Responsible for leading all aspects of advancement including major gifts, planned giving, annual fund, advancement communications, advancement services as well as alumnae relations, fine arts programming, and the literary arts institute. Manage two trustee committees and oversee a division with 43 employees.Results included: • Doubled overall giving to $11 million per year. • Achieved annual giving growth of 28% in two years and FY13 was the highest annual giving total in College of Saint Benedict history (at that time). • Secured 100% trustee giving for three consecutive years and increased alumnae giving. • Produced three-day all-school centennial reunion attended by 1450 alumnae from seven countries and 38 states and a centennial gala for 500.
