Served as co-chair of the Enhanced Visibility and Profile Task Force as part of the Strategic Planning Implementation Committee.Results included: • Developed and implemented restructuring of division to a comprehensive university advancement model. • Led and launched a comprehensive rebranding of the entire university to align marketing and communications efforts as well as overall positioning of the university locally and nationally. • Grew contributed revenues 21.5% in one year, raising $17.5 million. • Developed plans for a centralized marketing function. • Created staffing plan resulting in 20 hires and low staff turnover. • Served on a seven-member leadership team that works with the president to run the university. • Developed overall strategic direction for external advancement of St. Thomas.
