Leading the multi-functional transition and integration effort for the newly acquired Healthcare business Merck CH for Asia, Middle East and Africa

Accountable for all sales matters required to deliver PGT Healthcare sales targets and sales and profit goals. Responsibility for the development and execution of the sales strategy including the right investments in selling capacity (sales force sizing), customer targeting, capability to win in key channels/customers as well as the design and deployment of customer and category toolboxes.

PGT Healthcare is a joint venture between P&G and TEVA Pharmaceuticals. Focus is on developing the Capability and Development plans for the various sales and marketing organisations across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for P&G Pet Care brands (Eukanuba & Iams) for Western Europe
