As a patient service representative I:• made 100+calls a day to assist patients with refilling their mail order prescriptions.After 4 months I moved over to the pharmacy to perform administrative duties which included but were not limited to:• making calls to dr offices for patient contact information• processing checks that were received in the mail• packing prescriptions up to mail• faxing dr offices for refills• processing returned mail and packages•communicating with UPS and USPS and Pitney Bowes in reference to the needs of the business• completed application process and maintained pharmacy licensing in 49 of the 50 states•produced bulk letters and prepared them to mail• any special projects that were asked of me (ie. tracked 3 sacks of USPS of lost packages and the cost to reship them to submitted a request for reimbursement for the companies financial loss.)
