Reporting to Director of HR for $750m division - Strategic HR Business Partner for varying leaders and functions in the U.S. Residential and Wiring Devices Division including Sales, Finance, Engineering, Marketing and Operations that includes facilities in Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia• Partner with multiple facets of the business to create staffing plans and organizational design through established regular touch points with each client support group• Lead the division integration for global Wiring Devices acquisition into Eaton Corporation with all key HR processes to ensure successful implementation across U.S, Mexico, Canada and China. Partnered with sales leader to design and integrate the sales force for Residential and Wiring Devices and create sales incentive plans to drive total portfolio performance and ROS improvement• Lead annual performance management process and organizational capability assessment for supported organizations to identify top talent, development action plans, and low performance resolution• Oversee all HR management responsibilities, including employee relations and counseling, execution of annual HR budget, payroll and benefits, recruitment and selection, AAP, diversity and employee engagement• Lead wellness committee to design activities and programs offered across all facilities• Develop annual HR budget for the Wiring Devices segment • Analyze and report data from HR dashboard to understand variances and create action plans• Key member of the EBE workforce planning category which received a performance rating of excelling as the first integrated division of Cooper and Eaton

Reporting to Vice President, HR of $400 m division of Cooper Industries - Global Division Talent Manager for the Wiring Devices division covering U.S, Mexico, Canada and China as well as strategic HR Business Partner to the functional organizations of Sales, Finance, Marketing and Engineering • Organizational Design and manufacturing footprint consolidation through closure of the Brunswick, Maine and Phoenix, Arizona facilities• Created sales structure to change the mix and attack verticals by creating specification and end user demand focus to capture industrial and commercial business• Led the performance management process and organizational assessment to identify key talent, succession and developmental action plans across the division • Led the global compensation planning to drive reward and recognition for high performance while ensuring alignment to established budgets• Recruited and staffed talent that strengthened succession pipeline in all functional areas
