Doctoral thesis: "Comparative immunogenetics, microbiome, and wildlife disease ecology across sympatric imperiled and invasive cottontails”Research projects investigated population genomics, immunogenetics, microbiome, and bacterial pathogens in an imperiled and invasive mammal pair of conservation concern. This Integrative Graduate Education and Research Training (IGERT) Fellowship was funded by US-NSF and supports interdisciplinary graduate training spanning genomics, computational biology, and environmental science. Collaborated within a peer team to conceptualize, execute, and publish a research project investigating host-parasite transcriptomics in an amphipod and its phenotype-altering trematode parasite.
