My journey in real estate started the banking industry in 1983 and my career as an estate agent started five years later, in 1988, when I qualified for full status participation in the profession which I have passionately pursued to this day.Real estate is not simply about bricks and mortar but is all about managing the expectations of sellers and purchasers of property, whether that be residential or commercial property. Such expectations can only be successfully managed when the agent entrusted with such responsibility has an impeccable track record of integrity, professionalism, expertise and success.Over the past 33 years in this profession I have facilitated, advised, informed and met the expectations of hundreds of buyers and sellers of property in Bedfordview, Edenvale, Nelspruit, White River and elsewhere, having achieved my first R 100 million in registered sales of property with Chas Everitt by the end of 2004.I moved to White River in 2005 and co-owned and managed Chas Everitt Nelspruit/White River until 2011 when my real passion for independence in conducting the business of my profession took me on a different journey as an independent broker with Re/Max until early 2020 when I reunited with friends and colleagues in Chas Everitt to continue my real estate journey.I remain as passionate and committed to my profession and my clients as I was on the day I took my first steps on this journey and I am re-energised at the prospect of continuing to serve the needs and expectations of my network of property owners and those who aspire to property ownership in 2021 and beyond.
