▪ As a Client Account Manager for Spireon- Inilex, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. My main responsibility is managing the account post sale and ensuring the client is optimizing the purchased Spireon solution. I provide assistance to clients with technical inquiries by investigating and working with internal partners to uncover and identify issues, while providing exceptional client service.

▪ As a Customer Support Technician for Spieron- Inilex, my role was providing excellent service to our customers inquiring about accounts, products, and services. I acted as the liaison between clients and internal partners to address specific questions, de-escalate and resolve customer complaints, facilitate orders, and upsell of new products/ services.

As a Reimbursement Specialist, I am responsible for providing product specific reimbursement support to patients, healthcare providers, patient advocates, and manufacturer representatives. I frequently interact via telephone to ensure appropriate coverage and reimbursement. I have knowledge of insurance plans and benefit structures in order to obtain detailed benefit information and maximize plan benefits. In addition, I obtain payer specific prior authorization procedures, documentation requirements if applicable, and facilitate the prior authorization process, for patients and healthcare providers. I have experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, and TPA insurances. During my time in this position, I have become educated with various specialty medications, state mandated regulations, while providing the best and most responsive service.

As a Patient Service Coordinator, I am the first point of contact for all patients receiving services. I am responsible for coordinating appointments, product knowledge of all durable medical equipment, inventory control, and delivery confirmation of all products and services. In addition, I am responsible for generating and delivering weekly time sensitive revenue reports, and answering a multi-line phone system while providing excellent customer service.

As Front Office Clerk/ Medical Records staff, I was responsible for patient check in/out, verifying patient insurance, answering a multi-line phone system, and patient scheduling. In addition, I was responsible for compiling and transferring sensitive PHI documents to referred physicians, while fully complying with HIPAA regulations.
